I received some files from the client that should help with your website production.

updated members list
from the client:
"I have included an updated contact list. These are the members that are returning next year. At the last task force meeting we chose to take pictures at the first meeting of next semester. So we will not have profile pics of the members until August/September. We currently don't have biographies of the members, but these can easily be created/ received within the next couple of days."

CSTF agenda 3-27
CSTF minutes 3-27
from the client:
"I have included an agenda/minutes from our March 27 meeting. I haven't completed the minutes from our last meeting, but when I do I will send them to you. I have agendas and minutes from all of our meetings throughout the year. Please let me know if you want me to send them. I know at least one group requested a copy of an agenda."

CSTF website info
"Hot Dogs with the Top Dogs" project info
"Cool Treats with Hot Peeps" project info
from the client:
"I have attached a document 'CSTF website info' with details explaining projects. [There are also more specific documents about particular projects.]"

The issue of website content came up today, and I have been looking into it. You might notice on the handout that the organization reps gave us a slide titled "Items to be included in website." Although this doesn't provide specific content, it does give us an overview of the things that the organization would like on the site. There is other information on the handout as well, such as the organization's mission statement. I would encourage you to start drafting your site from this outline. Then you can collect specific, tangible questions to ask the client organization as you are drafting. (When you email them questions, copy me onto the message please.)

If you need specific help, I'm happy to assist your team in any way that I can, but most of these issues of content should be addressed to the client organization.
