QR-Code Enabled Business Card Project Description
Summary:
The QR-Code Enabled Business Card Project asks students to create a business card containing the following:
- an original personal logo
- contact information
- a functional QR-code that links to digital data
Business cards must be 3.5" X 2" and submitted as .pdf files. Students are not required to use a particular tool to produce the business cars, although we will cover Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop in class.
We will go through multiple steps with corresponding deliverables to complete the full project, including locating examples of effective business cards to examine their features, generating a corresponding rubric, and analyzing audience and genre traits.
