This looks like a start, but what is this document trying to get the audience to do? It seems like there are instructions for a few different operations. You might need to clarify what is going on. If this is for the "general public," as you state, you're going to need to think about why this group would consider doing this, and how they would encounter this document. Will they know where to get these components? Are you expecting them to have them already? You also want to make sure that your text isn't bleeding into the border. It looks like you have a start here, but you may have to revise your scope and purpose.
