This should look a lot better and I also added a few steps in the process to make things more clear.
I suggest clicking "original" at the bottom of the screen so you can see it in its full glory. When I uploaded it the smaller version that I made looks a bit weird.
Overall, this seems interesting. I am curious about the purpose of this document. What is it doing that, for example, the textbook isn't? You do need to make sure that your document is purpose-driven. I'm guessing that you have changed your international focus, because you use English text. Also, you should think about grouping your topics and examples together better. Right now, this looks like four equal sections, when in fact it is two primary sections and their examples.
