This is just a screen shot of the application. I wanted to use Flash to help guide novice internet users through this tutorial but I just don't think i'm going to have the time, so instead I inserted a few lines of javaScript to swap out images. This seems to be shaping up pretty well. One thing you might need to think about is screen resolution. If this tutorial is for people that aren't comfortable with online banking, the odds are good that their machines will be older and not well specced. This means that their screen resolution will probably be low, and you don't want these users to have to scroll and scroll just to see the page. You can probably keep the text readable while making the tutorial fit a smaller resolution. Also, make sure to go over the text in your tutorial. I noticed some small grammar errors. Overall, however, it looks like you're moving in the right direction.
