The purpose of the Final Exam is to ensure that students have an appropriate grasp on relevant content to support subject fluency. The exam has two sections: a short answer (multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank) section and an essay section. The essay section is the more significant component. Students will not be able to use external materials (readings, notes, etc.) for the short answer section; students will be able to use external materials for the essay section. The Final Exam will be preceded by a review session.
