During most weeks, specific students will be responsible for posting discussion topics to the online discussion forum before midnight on Tuesday. Posts should address an outside topic that in some way connects to our reading material or class discussion themes. More specifically, students should attempt to locate ways that physical and virtual worlds and identities interact. They should include an informative URL link and at least a paragraph of commentary.

All students are expected to comment on at least one of the posts each week (more comments are encouraged). To receive full credit, comments must be at least a few sentences long and substantive (not mere unexplicated agreement or disagreement). Comments are due by noon of the Thursday after the post is made. On Thursday, posters will lead brief class discussions over their topics, drawing in the comments and questions others contributed.
