Reading Response 15

After reading Solving Problems in Technical Communication chapter 15 ("What Do Technical Communicators Need to Know about Writing?"), submit a written response of two paragraphs. Each paragraph should identify and contextualize one specific element in the reading (an idea, point, theme, or excerpt) and offer an associated question or prompt that could be used to prime in-class discussion.
