Reading Response 10

After reading Solving Problems in Technical Communication chapter 10 ("How can Technical Communicators Plan for Users?"), submit a written response of two paragraphs. Each paragraph should identify and contextualize one specific element in the reading (an idea, point, theme, or excerpt) and offer an associated question or prompt that could be used to prime in-class discussion.
