For this response paper, do both of the following:

  1. Discuss how the different visualizations characterize the Covid-19 pandemic. What overall narrative do they construct? How have they revealed something about this topic that you did not know? How have they altered a perspective that you held? Where do you disagree with what they suggest? Make sure to point out specific visualizations in your response. 

  2. Discuss how these materials have shaped your understanding of data visualization. Which examples do you find to be clear and which ambiguous? Why? What strategies in these materials could you apply to your group's data visualization?
