Students will deliver their research to the class in a presentation of approximately 10 minutes. Presenters should not simply read their completed papers, but rather communicate the material effectively within the rhetorical situation. Students will have access to the classroom projector for their presentations, and are encouraged to incorporate visuals. Excellent presentations will be informative, cohesive, rehearsed, and on time.
A brief question and answer period will follow each presentation. One point of the total assignment grade will be earned by asking a meaningful question after one of the presentations.
Presentations will be scheduled for near the end of the semester. No more than two presentations will be scheduled on any day.
