Middle Insert

I am having trouble finding the template for the middle insert, that thin strip we spoke about that inserts into the spine of the jewel case.

RE:

The spine itself isn't a separate template. If you are using a standard CD case, the USJCTRAY template covers the jewel case liner, which includes the back cover, the part underneath the CD holder, the spine, and the opposing edge.

Yeah, that's the template I was trying to use. When I select a fill layer for the background the little strip on the template disappears. I'm setting the fill layer behind everything, which has worked for the other templates.

RE:

What application are you using? The templates seem fine in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word. I don't know what problem you are having, but try using a different program and the corresponding templates.

The insert is the rectangular strip at the top of the template right?

RE:

No, not really. Look at the USJCTRAY template. That rectangle is the entire insert. The sides fold up to form the spine and the opposing edge.

End of Semester bunch of questions

First off:

Will we be getting feedback from our client in-class 11/27?

Also - how do the last few weeks of class play out? I am under the impression that we have no "final" for this class and Assignment 3 is due 12-6/7(the last day of classes before finals week). If a group is selected as the "winner" do they have to set-up the website for them during finals week?

I assume we will be getting feedback from you via email as we have with the rest of our projects. Is this email going to incorporate the clients final feedback or once they pick a website is her part done?

RE:

1. You are responsible for scheduling a feedback meeting with our client.

2. There is no final examination. All groups will turn in their master files with their projects. The selected group's files will be turned over to the client. If the client needs additional assistance to get the site running, the winning group and I will provide it, but it may not necessarily be during finals week. We will not provide continuing support once the site is operational.

3. The client will provide feedback about all the sites after they select a site. Their statements will be included in my feedback to student groups.
