My group and I have been brainstorming ideas about how to make a site with maximum usability for you and your colleagues. We came to the conclusion that it would be extremely beneficial if the organization bought some server space that supports PHP and MySQL. With these server features, we would be able to effectively, and reliably, eliminate the need of going through hundreds of lines of HTML code for you and your colleagues when something needs to be changed on the website. The server space is extremely cheap; it can cost as little as $80 a year and would quite obviously be a good investment.
Please let us know your thoughts about this.

Is there anything anyone thinks I need to change/add?

I'm sorry about my ignorance with regards to servers, etc. I have worked with Wintek Corp in the past procuring domain names and e-mail addresses; if I were to contact them about server space, could you tell me specifically what specs to request? I've got (1) supports PHP and (2) supports MySQL. Anything else?
Also, will I need to know what PHP or MySQL is to do updates in the future?

There was nothing I could think of that she would need other than PHP or MySQL. And I am pretty sure it is safe to say she won't need to learn PHP or MySQL. Tell me if I'm wrong about something or if there is anything else I should mention when replying to her.
