Sense of Purpose: From what I can gather, the purpose seems to be to teach people who have very little knowledge about American Football. It does a good job of pointing out the basic positions that need to be filled in order to constitute a football team.

Audience: The audience will most likely be people who are unfamiliar to American football. The pamphlet doesn't get too in depth about positions, just the basics to know who does what.

Context: It's probably just a casual read, in order to help explain the game of football to anyone who is interested.

Strategies: As previously mentioned, the pamphlet keeps details relatively basic and straightforward. It doesn't go into the intracacies of specific positions, but more or less gives us an understanding of how a position is performed. Medium: This data map will probably be used as a pamplet at gyms or maybe even sporting events, or maybe just events that are football oriented.

Arrangement: It's in booklet form with two positions explained on each page. Because it's more of a casual read, it doesn't overload the reader with information which is a good thing

Strengths: It does a great job of explaining each position. If I read this without any prior knowledge about football, it would be very easy to visualize which position is doing what on the field.

Improvements: Although I do like the simplicity of the booklet, I think it needs a little bit more information about rules and whatnot. Afterall, it is suppose to be a guide to football.

Comment: I like the presentation. Would definately help someone who wanted to learn more about football.

This map's sense of purpose

This map's sense of purpose is to teach the positions/basics of football for beginners.

The audience would be people who are interested in learning about football and like the Colts.

The context fits on a football stadiums stores or a local Fan store.

The strategy use is for simple reading. It tells you the basics information that you need to know for each position played and key players.

The final medium of this map has to be a small booklet since it has way too many pages for it to be for a phamplet.

All the content is made to be for a book so it is arranged as for a book. It has page numbers and a table of contents so that you can go straight to what you want.

The strongest element is the table of content. It helps the audience find what they want with out going through all the pages.

Some improvements that I would add would be a picture next to all the positions of where exactly each positions is. If a beginner into football just new the names and a simple definition, they wouldn't know where to look for this person.
