Perhaps I'm not in this document's audience pool, or perhaps it requires contextualization, but I'm not sure what the dates after the planet names are trying to communicate. Also, why are only some of the trips, such as "Mariner 10," listed? Additionally, you'll want to think about information weight. The name of the planet, the date, and the number of trips are all the same size. More important information should draw more attention.
