The paragraph should include information about what group members should do or produce individually in preparation for Monday's work time, as well as one specific way that I can help the group complete its present tasks.

Faulkourberries Plan
On Monday we plan to collaborate all design ideas for the posters, as well as finalize and decide on whether or not to use Sheila Devaney. We will also continue to work on our postmortem and equally divvy up the tasks that are to take place over the week. Dan and William will continue to work on the interviews while Jenny and I start to lay out our poster design and come up with an effective way to promote each person.
Response (Evan's group)
By class on Monday we should have contacted our possible interviewees, so that we can move forward with the interview process. If our contacts do not cooperate, we will have to find more possible candidates. Either way, on Monday we will come together to draft our interview questions and possibly brainstorm our poster layout. Dr. Tirrell, you could help us by reviewing our draft questionnaire.
JDAM
On Monday, our group will have been in contact with all of our clients. We are going to start working on the layout each poster and the theme we want each poster to have. We are also going to work on our draft proposal and client documents. We're going to start going through the interviews to decide what information we want to include on the posters. We think it would be helpful to see an example of a completed project.
Team Bendt
Seeing as our group has established a line of communication with 2 of our 3 alumni selections, we will soon be faced with a decision. We have already begun brainstorming possible replacements that meet the caliber of client we intend to include in our profiles. On Monday, we will, as a group, iterate the focus and direction our interviews should follow. From there we will, in class, explicate our interviews and then enact these interviews Monday after class so as to begin assembling our drafts that are due Wednesday. From you, we would like to see an example, from a previous class possibly, or we would like to meet with you after the drafts are submitted on Wednesday to ensure we are indeed moving in the right direction.
Team Johnny - Group Plans for Next Time
We are going to focus on using the programs on these computers to start making the posters. Hopefully, over the weekend, we will have some interviews to work off of. Although only a beginning, we will use the intial information they provide us to help deicde on basic layout choices and hopefully we will have some photos to incorporate by Monday as well. Individually, over the weekend we will think of questions for our subjects and go forward in our communication with them.
