The Document Analysis thus must clarify the audience each document targets, what each document seeks to achieve, and how each document does it. Think of this as a report you might have to give to corporate executives that explains how your Press Release, Internal Memo, and Recorded Message will achieve the desired results. Think about how all the project elements work together: the Crisis Analysis defines the crisis situation; the Document Plan establishes how you will address it; the Press Release, Internal Memo, and Recorded Message respond to it; the Document Analysis explains why your response is effective.
