Client Materials Submission Form

To submit your Client Materials, first convert your files to .pdf (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format. Then, one group member should upload the .pdfs to a Google Docs account. Make sure that the "Share" settings for the files are set to "Public on the web," and then post the file URLs in the form provided. Instructions and submission form are appended below. Instructions

1. After converting your files to .pdf format, go to your Google Docs account and click the "Upload" button.


2. Select the files to upload.


3. Click the button marked "Private" and change the sharing setting to "Public on the web."


4. Click "Start upload."


5. After the file uploads, navigate to it and click the "Share" button.


6. Copy the link provided to paste in the form below.


7. Repeat for all of your files.
