Proposal

The Proposal is a short document (approximately 1-2 pages) for the client that establishes why your redesign is effective. The client will adopt one group's redesign, so consider the Proposal your opportunity to argue why it should be yours.

There is no set format for the Proposal, but a workable structure is as follows:

  1. Introduction: Articulate your understanding of the document's purpose as a way of leading up to a statement of how your redesign accomplishes it. This section demonstrates your understanding of the client's needs.
  2. Body: Identify how specific features of your redesign function. You may acknowledge previous feedback from the client in this section and demonstrate how your redesign responds to it.
  3. Conclusion: Recapitulate your argument. The conclusion is your opportunity give a final word about your redesign.

The Proposal will be submitted as a .pdf file using the form below.
