For this challenge your group will plan some form of public activity that can be completed by Oct. 20. You can determine its nature and scale. Some suggestions include:

• Holding a petition drive
• Distributing information/flyers
• Chalking the sidewalk
• Holding a demonstration
• Organizing a flash mob
• Organizing an event
• Holding a small fundraiser

For this challenge your group will formalize its plan by producing a two-page document with the following:

1. A summary of the public activity
2. A specific statement of what your group seeks to accomplish through this activity
3. A discussion of how the activity will be carried out (including any relevant information about obtaining permission, if necessary)
