The Summary Report provides the client with an overview of how your group is contributing to the overall project. It consists of two parts:
- A brief statement about the material your group was responsible for fact checking. The client will have the fact check documents; you should state what your group was responsible for covering and describe the relevant information the client should know about it (such as places significant changes were necessary).
- The original material your group has generated for the Seahawk Stylebook. This might consist of, for example, additional terms for the alphabetical index, new sections of terms for the back matter, or additional hyperlinks that could be inserted throughout the document.
This document is a primary way to demonstrate your group's productivity. It is due as an emailed attachment in a common format (Word, Pages, .pdf, .rtf) before the end of our final period on Thursday, May 5. |
