• What medium?
• That comes from the context or situation
• Usability testing
• What do these actually look like?
  
• They’re documents that test how well the instructions work. They tend to be feedback forms or performance tests (we'll see some later)
• Your two instruction sets can be the same format but they must cover different topics
• There’s no real limitation on topic choice
• Questions of topic and specificity are answered by how you have analyzed you audience, context, and purpose you select.
