Client Report

Each group will produce a brief printed Client Report (2–3 pages) that articulates how its materials suit the client's expectations. The report will be submitted with each group's presentation, and the two should work together. View the report and presentation as opportunities to demonstrate to the client that your documents are effective.

Excellent Client Reports will be informative and persuasive, and they will demonstrate that the group has taken client feedback into account. Excellent Client Reports also will discuss the corresponding Client Material's concrete, specific elements and be in a finished, polished format suitable for a professional audience. It likely would be effective to include visuals that demonstrate how the material functions. Students are encouraged to consult chapter 9 of our textbook for guidance.

These student drafts may be useful examples:

Please bring two printed copies of your Client Report to your presentation: one for the client and one for the instructor.
