Reading Response 12

After reading Solving Problems in Technical Communication chapter 12 ("How Can Technical Communicators Evaluate the Usability of Artifacts?"), submit a written response of two paragraphs. Each paragraph should identify and contextualize one specific element in the reading (an idea, point, theme, or excerpt) and offer an associated question or prompt that could be used to prime in-class discussion.
