TTRPG Concept Pitch

  • Due Apr 4 by 3:30pm
  • Points 3

You will make a three-minute in-class pitch for a TTRPG campaign in which you will serve as game master (GM). The goal is to move away from typical fantasy/sci-fi tropes and explore under-represented roles. As such, campaigns should use one of the following game systems:

  • Coyote & Crow
  • ORUN
  • Dissident Whispers
  • Thirsty Sword Lesbians
    • quickstart
    • character sheets
  • Wanderhome
    • character sheet
  • Tales from the Loop
    • character sheet
  • Kids on Bikes
  • Bubblegumshoe
  • Fate Accessibility Toolkit (FAcT)
    • Fate Accelerated

You may propose a campaign from another system if it fits the overall goal of representation and you check with the instructor first.

You will have access to the instructor's station for your pitch and you may use any format and materials you choose. If you have experience running TTRPG campaigns, it likely would be a good strategy to mention it.

The class will select two campaigns to pursue using ranked-choice voting. Your aim is to have your pitch be selected, for which you will earn extra credit. Those whose pitches are not selected will become players.
