It's a 2nd rough draft, what about the items do you think i should add information about? Does it need all that information? Like should i add sugar instead calories from fat? What do you think is the most prominent information?
P.S. there are more items that will be posted and the middle image will be changed eventually.
2nd P.S. I updated it again still in progress decided might as well.
This is a website interface to a mall kiosk as specified previously in the 1st draft.
Although not completely functional, I am making a image of the mall, where the user can click on the store, and it will show available deals for a particular store.
Logging in will be totally optional. It is expected that a user will walk up, touch the picture of the store they want, read the deals, and walk off.
To clarify some things: I know I didn't include all of the late night places, I know I haven't labeled the roads, I know the times aren't correct, and all times are assumed to be A.M. Also, I forgot the map key for this version, it is simply the five colors with closing times next to them.
Red-10:00, Yellow-12:00, Green-1:00, Purple-2:00, Blue-4:00.
Assuming the color key was included, would the colors add to clarity, or take away from it? In other words, should it be a monochromatic map?
This is my second draft of the layout of the current seven wonders of the world.
1) Do you agree with the color scheme? If not, what should I use instead of the grey and white horizontal stripes?
2) The voting is based on a list of 21 sites. Should I arrange the wonders based on the 7 current wonders or rather have one in each continent (since Australia and Europe look empty)?
3) I plan to bring up a new page when the icon of the wonder is being clicked on. Would the page look crammed if I add captions to the world map or should I include the captions in the pop up page?
The final draft will have the rest of the lab hours included.
As a new student on campus without a computer, would you find a printed version of this map helpful and practical in locating an open lab?
Other than lab hours for the other weekdays, is there information you would find this map to be lacking?
Do you find this layout practical, or do you think another layout would present the data more clearly?
I have yet to add the brains to the image. They are still in creation. However, I have finished setting up the layout of the map. The brains will go in the white areas and there will be text in the blue boxes at the bottom.
Does it look like it could go in a magazine?
I'm trying to portray a face-off. Does that seem to be accomplished so far?
