11-15 points: some grammatical errors, some information correct but some missing, not pleasing to the eye, but put some thought into it

Purpose:

I hope to teach people how to prepare and paint an aluminum boat. I want my audience to be able to save money by learning to paint their own boat instead of have to pay a professional. I also want them to learn the proper way to prepare the boat before painting and how to actually paint the boat. After reading my instructions I want my audience to feel confident with their abilities to paint their aluminum boat.
