Based on the proposal report, do the documents follow their specific purpose?

Was the information provided accurate (i.e. location, time, date etc.)?

Were the documents eye-catching and did they entice the audience to enquire more information?

Were the documents approved by Dr. Ashe and Mrs. Manning?

Were effective changes made to the documents after receiving critique and suggestions from Dr. Ashe, Mrs. Manning, Dr. Tirrell and the class?

0-5 points: doesn’t pertain to event, horrible grammar, sloppy, obviously thrown together at last minute

6-10 points: still missing key information (incorrect date, time, place), bad grammar, ugly

11-15 points: some grammatical errors, some information correct but some missing, not pleasing to the eye, but put some thought into it

3. What medium (email, html, hard copy…) would be best for the invitations and/or the thank you
letters?

Questions:

1) When is the logo going to be finalized?
2) Is the color scheme going to be unanimous for all groups?

Poster
1) Does the poster's tone need to be serious or informative?
2) How much information is too much? Should we focus on being concise or detailed?
3) Is the poster attention grabbing?
4) How will the poster's be judged based upon their location on campus? If we attract more people from the dorms, then are our posters that were put up in the dorms more effective?
5) Is the color and theme fitting for the event?
