Purpose. To help people sucessfuly plan and execute a first date with minimal problems, and to hopefuly leave the opening for a second date. I hope to help readers to loosen up and "fly right" if i may quote Nat King Cole. These instructions should help anyone successfuly put on a first date and not look like a crazy person... Unless your into that sort of thing...

Purpose was the only rhetorical element covered, but it is covered well.
Every other rhetorical element is not covered, so those are the ones I would like to know more about, specifically the medium he plans to use.
Since I don't know much about this instruction set, I can't really compare it to my idea for this project, although I guess because I'm covering a dance and he is covering a social situation, maybe somebody who is interested in one would be interested in the other.
I don't know enough about this idea to guess how it might change if aspects of it were changed.
Peer Review
1. The element that is covered most thoroughly is purpose. I think planning a first date is a great idea because a lot of people, guys and girls, can become nervous at the prospect of trying to impress a new love interest. I like the Nat King Cole quote and think it adds a "zinger" because instructions or plans can tend to be boring for a reader.
2. There are a few elements that have been left out. I would like to know most about your specific audience (males, females, age?) and what medium. It will definitely be different if this is online compared to something like a "self-help" pamphlet.
3. These instructions connect to what I am doing because it applies to a wide audience and people from all different backgrounds will come across this problem.
4. I think the instruction set will differ greatly if it is specified to a male or female audience. Both genders have different expectations and styles of doing things, but ultimately are seeking companionship.
