- Why did you pick your medium for your promotional material? What makes a (poster, radio spot, banner ad) effective for your audience and purpose? You don't want to be making something just to make it. You choices should be fueled by purpose.
- Where are you deploying your work? (On what websites will it appear? Where are you hanging your poster?) This is a question of context.
- This document is not the venue to tell the reader about the creation of your work (that belongs in a different document called a postmortem). This document is where you demonstrate how your work accomplishes its goal. To that end, this document should be in the present, not future, tense. Don't tell your reader what you will do or what you plan to do or what the text should do; explicate how your text functions.
