What would be a fairly specific example of the recorded message?

What happens if two groups are working on the same crisis?

The first 2 questions have definitly crossed my mind, the project sounds fun, My question would be, how major scale do these corporations need to be? Are we talking fortune 500?

What is a good lenght for the internal memo for employees that addresses the current crisis and how should they be marked differently?

For the crisis analysis portion of the project: as the PR for the company in crisis, are we meant to simply state facts? Or should we attempt to spin the results of the crisis in a way that is least detrimental to the public's opinion of the company?

Will we be presenting our project to the class?

Are there any companies we should stay away from assessing?

How many members are going to be in each group?

Does the company in question need to be a large, controversial and well know organization or can it be a smaller more niche-oriented firm?

This project does sound really interesting. How big does this coorperation have to be? Is it required that it be a big, well known organization?

My question is will this be the only group project for the class? Altough group work is useful for future situations I have found that it does not give me the chance to work on something I have created an get full experience from it. I took a journalism class where every story was group work and I never had the chance to do work that was my own.

For the memo, do we have to consider that every employee has access to the same level of information ?

How will we define "crisis?"

It states on the Corporate Communication Project page that excellent design plans will be in a finished format suitable for a corporate readership with appropriate grammar and mechanics. Can instructions on how each assigned should be written and formatted be found in our book?

This seems to be a very well-explained project.
I guess my only question would be this: is the majority of the class going to be group work or is this the only time we will be working together? I prefer to work individually.

This sounds like a really interesting project; however, I'm unsure about how I should go about selecting a "corporate crisis," - is Google my best bet? Can you (Dr. Tirrell) give us a few more pointers in that direction?

I'm still worried about finding a crisis. Any tips?

I guess it didn't work when I did it but my question was about the Gantt chart, whether it was to be handmade or will we use a computer program to create it?
