    The Client Report is a brief document (approximately three pages) that articulates how the class's video suits the client's goals. The report will be submitted with the Client Presentation, and the two should work together. View the report and presentation as opportunities to demonstrate the video's effectiveness to the client. (You might think of this report as similar to the Materials Analyses we have done previously, which articulated why your documents were successful.)

    An excellent Client Report will be informative and persuasive, and it will clarify how the video's concrete features suit the client's audience, context, and purpose. An excellent Client Report also will be in a finished, polished format suitable for a professional audience. It likely would be effective to include visuals such as screencaps to support the report's statements. Students are encouraged to consult chapter 9 of our textbook for guidance on composing reports.
