This entire week has been dedicated to updating the design plan in order to meet the Wednesday deadline. My specific responsibility was the board members section. On Monday I spent most of the class period, and time that evening, working on making changes to my section of the design plan. Most of the changes made were cosmetic as no new information came out of the coding teams. After the plan was updated, I, along with the rest of the team, individually revised the entire document. I checked for errors (spelling, grammar) in the design plan and made suggestions as to a better way to approach phrasing in the document. On Wednesday morning I read through the paper with the rest of the group and helped make changes that were ultimately submitted to the client. Now that the client has made their decision about which design to use I am able to go in and make changes in my portion of the design plan that reflect the layout of the design. This is an ongoing process and will occur until the end of the project. I went through my testing survey Friday morning to make sure that the questions asked of the survey participants were still relevant to the direction of the back end coding team. This document will evolve as more details and a working version of the back end of the website come to light.
