This week for the website project, our group completed everything within the deadline. On Monday in class, we worked on the design plan to create an entire document and not just a list of the six rhetorical elements. We worked on this the entire class and then for Wednesday we were to each print off and proofread the document. I printed the document off Tuesday and proofread and brought my ideas for revision into class Wednesday.

Wednesday in class, we revised the design plan as a group with the help of a member of the organization team. We then posted final draft for the client on GoogleDocs. Creation of the change document created until the front end coders have a basic foundation of the code. Our group must know the website code in order to create a document explaining how to change the content of the website. We will also have to wait on the backend team before we can make the tutorial document for the board members to make additions or changes to their secure pages.

I have a list of people to complete the survey for testing. I also talked with a former social worker who is going to look at the website and contact former co-workers to browse the jobs section. This will be of assistance to Alex since his survey is for employment seekers.

Friday in class there wasn’t much to do. I made some minor changes to the design plan for the audience of donors that is related to the new design chosen by the client. There isn’t anything to work on for the weekend, and we will continue work on Monday with the testing plan and change document.
