week13

While working on the project this week, I was able to accomplish some goals that were set each day. Unfortunately, it was slow start for frontend coders this week. The waiting game on the client’s decision on certain aspect of the website, held back production for a few days. It was really difficult to start the structure of the website without any of the client’s decision on the design layout. In addition to the absent of the clients decision, the frontend coders and I were unable to retain any information because their website was temperately down.
Having these issues did set us back a little from schedule. Looking at their older version website I was able to collect logos from sponsors that are on the current website. Once the website was back up, I copy the source code from all of the pages to prevent any further set back. Friday was a very productive day due to the fact that we have received a decision from the client on a design layout. Using Adobe Dreamweaver the frontend coders and I was able to formulate a skeleton structure for our client. We decided that a tables based framework structure would be ideal to use for our client’s website.
