This week is very, very slow for the documents and testing team. We are finished with the design plan for now until the website has a main framework. We are also waiting on the framework in order to complete the change document. We will be meeting with backend at the first of next week to plan the change document. I believe we will be discussing how to change images, body text, and how to add and delete documents on the BOD page. This should not be too difficult based on what we know the backend has worked on so far.

The testing plan is going as planned. We have found people to test the website when it is up and running. These people are samples that represent the four target audiences. I have found 5 people to test look at the page and fill out a questionnaire about the donations portion of the page. These people will be e-mailed a link to the form I created on GoogleDocs and they will fill it out upon completion of testing the website.

Unless there is a completed website that has information and a donations page, I will not be working on the project over the break. This is the only way that I can contribute since I am responsible for the donations section of the testing.
