Summary:

The Digital Presence Project asks students to produce two complementary documents:

• A QR-code-enhanced contact card (3.5" X 2")
• A profile webpage

Students will complete design plans articulating the rhetorical goals and strategies of each document. The QR-code-enhanced contact card will link to the corresponding profile webpage. The profile webpage will be generated from scratch or formed by modifying the CSS and (x)HTML of an existing open source web template. The QR-code-enhanced contact card will be delivered as a press-quality .pdf file. The profile webpage will be uploaded to the corresponding student's UNCW webspace and the resulting URL will be submitted to the instructor.

QR-code-enhanced contact cards will be submitted using DROPitTOme. Before submitting, students should name their files using this structure:

• lastname-firstname-card.pdf

Once the file has been named correctly, follow these instructions:

1. Go to this website: http://dropitto.me/jtirrell
2. Enter the password "tirrell"
3. Click the "Choose File" button, select your document, and click "UPLOAD"
