When I looked through all of those resumes I was getting so many ideas on ways to change my resumes. A lot of the ideas that I was coming up with was with the format or design. I also was looking at the objective statements for ways to revise mine. In the resumes I also found many good examples of ways to make previous work experiences correlate to future job positions. The five resumes that I thought were the best and I would hire the person were:
#4- I found it to be very clean and organized. It also had a very clear objective statement and good previous work experiences.
#13- This resume was very well organized and was also very creative looking. The objective statement was very clear and to the point. The previous work experiences were also very good because they go along well with the objective statement.
#15- It is set up very well and is a very nice and clean looking. The objective statement was good and it had very good previous work experiences.
#22-This resume had a very good design/layout. The objective statement was good and it also had very good previous job experiences to go along with the objective statement.
#32- It had a good design and was organized very well. The objective statement was very good and it also had very good related work experiences. It had a lot of good information in it!
Overall, there were so many good resumes and it made it really difficult to only choose five. This process really helped me to do final revisions on my resume!
