While reading all those resumes the first thing I noticed was the format, too crowded resumes seemed not so attracted to the eye as the ones that had a very summarized version of their experiences. Also, I evaluated the content by reading the objective first and then the experience. While reading the objective I found better to pay attention to the ones that had very specific information about their goal.

The resumes that were better at the things I wrote before were number 2, 5, 17, 25 and 27. They all had very good and complete content but they made it very simple in order to make things less complicate for HR people. Additionally, they used elegant formats that seemed really attractive to read.
