This article talks about what happened in February of 2007. It explains how their CEO got really up set about the whole situation. The CEO was the founder of the company, and it makes sense that he would be so worried about the situation. It seems as though they were trying to keep flights moving, however, they were unable to these planes in the air, thus causing a lack of communication and many upset passengers. It points how other companies have made mistakes as well, but JetBlue mistake lasted several days. This will be helpful in the project by giving me a better understanding of what happened that week, and a personal feel of what their CEO went through, it complements his video well. I had thought the video seems weird, not very professional, but it must have been thrown together quickly.
