This website has Jet Blue Consumer Report Overview and all different consumers have shown their appreciation as well as dissatisfaction towards the airline. Every consumer has written his own experience and stated his experience with the airline. I think the situation should been seen from both sides which is neutrally. Most of the comments of the website show the face of dissatisfaction passengers faced in February 2007 but the real question is that can previous seven years of history be forgotten because of a problem due to a natural disaster. I think this article gives me great details about the problems faced and shall help me see the problem from the consumer’s point of view. I think the video of CEO on you tube, shows how they (Jet Blue) are sorry for the inconvenience caused and have started taken actions towards bring about a change in the working of the company so that they can ensure such problem could be better handled next time.
