This week our group just got to know each other a little better and decided who would do what for which brochure. We had a buddy chat on AIM Thursday night and decided that Steven and Daniel would work on the general brochure with Daniel doing the design/graphics and Steven will do the content for it. Alayna will do the content for the "caring for your pet" brochure and I will do the design/graphics. We also put together the Gant Chart that was due today. We decided to split our group into smaller groups of two so it is easier to communicate to the one person you're working with instead of the entire group. However we are trying to have weekly group meetings over AIM or email so everyone stays connected and so we all know what everyone else is doing for the project and how much progress they have made. Although we have split up into two smaller groups we are still going to help one another if anyone has problems. Also on Thursday at our group meeting we split up the tasks such as the weekly activity reports and who would do it each week. We decided to each do one because it will be easier than writing it as a group. So every group member will email their contributions to whoever is doing the activity report for that week so we know what everyone else has accomplished that week. I think we have a really good plan set up and a really good group overall so I think we should do well on this project.
