After being assigned to a group, I emailed to my group members and introduced myself.
I also included my contact information such as my email, phone number, and AIM. All of my group members had added each other in their AIM. This week, we decided roles for each group members. We broke down the project into 12 parts so that each group member could assume 3 parts. I am composing the 3rd group activity report, CFRC contact information, and information for donations. Beth is composing the first group activity report, information about Christmas Day, and information for volunteer opportunities. Rachel is researching on Community and Family Resource Center and composing the 2nd group activity report and CFRC Contact information. Patrick is composing the last group activity report and doing the Color Brochure design and Black &White Brochure design. However since researching on Community and Family Resource might needs more than one person, I told my group members about my willingness to assume this part if needed. I think the roles we have decided are tentative since we haven’t talked yet about our project in more detail. We are going to talk about it during weekend. But so far, so good. All of us are excited about this project, and I think the rest of the weeks will go smoothly with a great team work.
