Work this week was very low if you looked only at our team output. However, we spent the bulk of the week communicating amongst the team, introducing ourselves and deciding what would be the most efficient use of our time dealing with not being able to physically meet. Thus, despite a low physical output, our comfort level within the team and our confidence has been raised by the fact that messages from team members have offered great insight into our project as well as being timely in their nature.
My time working on this project mostly consisted of completing the Gantt chart template that Laura devised. Meanwhile, Samana and John came up with great ideas that we instrumental in dividing the workload evenly throughout the team. Additionally, I have had enough with calling ourselves "Weber Team 5". Despite the fact that it may be childish and serves no real purpose, I proposed that we come up with a team name for ourselves. I figure that even if we cannot come up with something original (even though I have full confidence that we will), we can always use the standard fallback of "Car Ramrod" from Super Troopers.
The next item that I will turn my attention to is the first brochure. I'm not too worried about the "Group Activity Report" as it is due on Sunday next and will mostly echo the bulk of what the team has written in their individual work blogs for week 5.
