This week was actually very productive. In our beginning stages, we had some difficulties getting all of us together at once to discuss thing, but I think we have resolved that issue. Unfortunately, my work schedule conflicts with all of my other group members' schedules so we have addressed that accordingly. My other members usually meet in the evening before a project is due and work on the project. Then the next morning I take a look at things and add any revisions I think would benefit the group and email everyone my ideas. I realize this may not be the best way to do things, but for now this is working quite well.
Our brochure project has run very smoothly thus far. My group members got together and put ideas on paper and developed a draft. I then looked at their work the next morning and revised it in ways that I believe would be beneficial. I emailed everyone and asked them to please contact me even at work, if there were any concerns or other revisions they would like made. We all agreed on the brochure draft we had created. My job is to basically look things over in a much more relaxed setting. I keep everyone updated of any revisions made and keep everyone aware of what is happening.
Lastly, we have divided up the special reports due to Professor Tirrell, so that each of our group members get a chance to do equal work. We all agreed on this situation and think it is the best case scenario considering our busy schedules. Our group has really done well working together and should have no issues continuing to do so through these next couple of weeks.
