This is a position for a job with Century 21 Realtors as a Sale Associate. In this job one would be responsible for helping homebuyers to market their homes and to help them to find new areas of estate to purchase. The job claims that no experience is necessary, and new entrants will be trained by a number of experienced professionals. Each individual will learn helpful tools to dealing with people and gaining their trust as a salesperson which is important to acquiring more business. Century 21 claims to help their employees gain useful real estate knowledge and tricks to becoming successful in the market today. The Century 21 employees are trained to work on commission so they can attain more revenue with more effort put into the job. This job may give adequate training for an expanded career in real estate work whether it be at the commercial or residential level.

I have chose this position because I feel that it would be a good intermediary between having virtually no experience in real estate work to getting to my ultimate goal of becoming a real estate appraiser. The job says that there is no experience necessary so it is reassuring that I can start from scratch and make something into a complete success if I work at it. A sales associate and an appraiser positions are somewhat unrelated, but I feel that if I get some experience with the real estate market as a salesperson, it can help me to understand the economics of the business of real estate. It will also help me to learn when the real estate market is flourishing and when it may be in a slump. These are all very important aspects of the business and I feel that a job at Century 21 will teach me these special skills.

I feel that I would be qualified for this position because I have a passion for the market of real estate. I find it very interesting how the market for the buying and selling of homes can fluctuate the way it does, and I am very interested in how the prices for the homes and other estate is distributed. This is why I have chosen a to apply for a position in this field. I feel that I am at a disadvantage however having little real estate experience but the job sounds reassuring that the professionals would make new applicants comfortable to pursue a career in the field. The job would also allow me to work out of the home. It would be much more comfortable for me that I would be able to set my own hours and to work at my leisure, and this job would give me and opportunity for that. I feel that I would work better if I would discipline myself into working rather than be monitored at all times while working.

No Experience Necessary

You're right that finding a job that doesn't require experience is a great idea. Internships are one of the few ways around the terrible Catch-22 facing college students who need experience to get a job and a job to get experience. As I've told other students, the key here is showing that you possess the necessary transferable skills to fit into this environment easily and learn quickly. It sounds like you do. Often, jobs like this are actively seeking people with little experience to give them a leg up, though that varies from company to company, so you're wise to consider yourself at a slight disadvantage so you can start planning strategies to overcome it.
