Comments on Your Resume

Stephanie I like the format of your resume and the overall appeal that is has. Some suggestions however are, to adjust your objective statement , it is really specific, try to relate it more to the job you want instead of the company. As I noted earlier I like the appearance of your resume, but I think it would be more appealing if you were to switch the job location with that dates you worked there, it takes too long to find this information. Otherwise it looks good and fully utilizes the page. I like your use of bollding important items it is easy for the reader to search for what they are looking for. You did a good job of locating all the important on the lefthand side, however, instead of including your high school I would add relevant courework that applies to the position you are looking for. Other than that I think you did a good job of backing up your objective statement and showing how your were qualified. Some additional notes would be to add bullets to your job skills underneath work experience to make the stand out more, and to include your GPA. Other than that I enjoyed reading your resume and it sounds like you have a lot of experience that makes you an excellent candidate for a job in the field of sports.

Steph!
I agree with a lot of the things said by the first guy who looked at your resume. It has great organization and is very easy to follow and find what I am looking for. You might want to shorten your discriptions of your jobs and such to just a few words. Be sure to use the "business like" words they were talking about in the readings. You used just enough bold lettering for the reader to find what they wanted to find, if there was one specific thing that they might be looking for. Being that we are in college, you might want to limit the amout on High School honors you put on your resume. Just a thought.. Anyways, it was a great resume. Always nice to see your still getting those All-American honors. I got freshmen team captin, thats about it! Hope all is well. Stay in touch!
