A couple suggestions

What can the writer do to make the resume better tailored to the specific job being applied for?
I think you did a great job showing the connection between the objective and your work experience.

Is the layout and design pleasing to the eye? Make at least one suggestion for improving it.
I think you did a really great job on the layout. The biggest thing that I would suggest is that you use the space a little better. If you moved the dates that you did things over to the far right, it would fill the page up more and be less un balanced.

Does the resume fit comfortably within the page (as opposed to being squished in or stretched out)? What can the writer do to improve it?
You have enough space at the bottom that you could add some information and it still wouldn’t look crowded

Is it easily readable (no confusing fonts, clearly marked sections)? What improvements can be made?
The only suggestion that I would have is to bullet the things that you did in each job. That way they wouldn’t all run together.

Does it use typography (including headers and bold and italics) appropriately and effectively?
Very clear and easy to read. You could think about using different fonts, but I don’t think you have lost anything because you havn’t done that.

Is the most important information located on the left side of the page and near the top whenever possible? Identify at least one part that could be better placed.
I think so. I think that I would move the heading of “Certifications” out to the left column. I don’t think that it is exactly the same thing as Education. And I might even consider moving that up ahead of Purdue because these are things that you currently have, not something your working towards.

Does the content of the resume support the objective (if there is one)? Explain.
Yes, I think it does a great job at supporting the objective. I really see the connection between the two.

Is the resume too short? Where can it elaborate? Job skills? Responsibilities? Education?
It could be lengthened, but it doesn’t need to be. If you made the margins a little bigger on the sides it would look like you filled the page better.

Is material sequenced in order of importance and relevance?
I think so. Very nice.

Do bulleted items begin with action verbs? Are list items ordered in terms of importance?
Yes, but there aren’t bullets. Add those, and it will make the document stronger. I think you could add some more information under Kappa Delta Rho. The two possessions are great, but if you had more information under each, it would be stronger.

Does the resume avoid generalities and focus on specific information and professional terminology?
I think so. You could try and find a few better verbs that would more strongly represent what you did in each job, but that would be my only suggestion.

Does the resume pass the Quadrant, Column, Squint, and Distance tests? Explain how the author might make improvements based on your test results.
The only thing about that would be to try and use the right side of the paper better. Move some dates around to make it more appealing.

Questions for Response
1. What can the writer do to make the resume better tailored to the specific job being applied for?
I think you were very clear describing in your objective the job you want. Good job
2. Is the layout and design pleasing to the eye? Make at least one suggestion for improving it.
The overall layout is pleasing, however you might want to use bullet points to highlight your duties in the experience section.
3. Does the resume fit comfortably within the page (as opposed to being squished in or stretched out)? What can the writer do to improve it?
Space on your resume does not appear to be wasted. It fits nicely on the page.
4. Is it easily readable (no confusing fonts, clearly marked sections)? What improvements can be made?
I felt it was easy to read. The only improvement would be what I mentioned earlier about bullet points. If you change that it will look more organized.
5. Does it use typography (including headers and bold and italics) appropriately and effectively?
I thought you used bold print effectively to highlight your accomplishments and different areas of the resume.
6. Is the most important information located on the left side of the page and near the top whenever possible? Identify at least one part that could be better placed.
The important information was placed well; you might want to move your certification header over to the left.
7. Does the content of the resume support the objective (if there is one)? Explain.
The content supported the objective quite well. Your current position seems to be what you described in your objective. The certifications you have also show that you are doing what is necessary to reach your goal.
8. Is the resume too short? Where can it elaborate? Job skills? Responsibilities? Education?
Your resume is not to short, but you might want to list a couple references on it. A respected doctor as a reference would look good.
9.Is material sequenced in order of importance and relevance?
I think you sequenced the information perfectly. I liked that you put the certifications near the top.
10. Do bulleted items begin with action verbs? Are list items ordered in terms of importance?
Obviously you don''t have bulleted items and you might want to add "ed" to the end of your action verbs. Charted instead of " Chart", or Prevented injuries as opposed to "Prevent injuries".
11. Does the resume avoid generalities and focus on specific information and professional terminology?
You did a good job in being specific in your descriptions and appeared to use professional terminology.
12. Does the resume pass the Quadrant, Column, Squint, and Distance tests? Explain how the author might make improvements based on your test results.
Not all the lines seemed to be completely uniform, adding those bullet points and playing with tabs may help increase the overall look.
13. What other observations can you make about the resume?
I think it is a good resume and based on your experience you have a strong platform to achieving your goal.
