1. What can the writer do to make the resume better tailored to the specific job being applied for?
I know you state that you don't have an objective but I really think it could help to make your resume specific for a certain job you are applying for.

2. Is the layout and design pleasing to the eye? Make at least one suggestion for improving it.
I think the layout could be improved if the different sections (work experience, activities, etc.) were seperate by a thin horizontal line or maybe a different font/size.

3. Does the resume fit comfortably within the page (as opposed to being squished in or stretched out)? What can the writer do to improve it?
The resume fits comfortably and I think you do a great job of using white space correctly.

4. Is it easily readable (no confusing fonts, clearly marked sections)? What improvements can be made?
AS stated before, it gets a little confusing with the sections. Your job titles are in the same font and style as your section headings. I think it could be clearer if you changed the style.

5. Does it use typography (including headers and bold and italics) appropriately and effectively?
I believe you use bolding and italicizing correctly. It is the font size that should change.

6. Is the most important information located on the left side of the page and near the top whenever possible? Identify at least one part that could be better placed.
As for important information, I'm pretty sure it's not necessary to include a high school GPA and location anymore.

7. Does the content of the resume support the objective (if there is one)? Explain.
There is no objective.

8. Is the resume too short? Where can it elaborate? Job skills? Responsibilities? Education?
I think you do a great job of elaborating on your job skills and responsibilities. I also think that the balance between the sections in your resume is your strongest point.

9. Is material sequenced in order of importance and relevance?
Yes, most recent experience is highest.

10. Do bulleted items begin with action verbs? Are list items ordered in terms of importance?
This is something I think could be improved upon. More bullets, lines, and formatting could definitely be used to clean up the appearance. It needs a bit more organization.

11. Does the resume avoid generalities and focus on specific information and professional terminology?
Yes, once again I think the job skills and experience section is very well detailed and relevant.

12. Does the resume pass the Quadrant, Column, Squint, and Distance tests? Explain how the author might make improvements based on your test results.
Once again, it needs more formatting.

13. What other observations can you make about the resume?
Overall, I think the content is great. However, sections are a bit confusing and I have to actually concentrate and read to make sure I realize which section I'm in.

Hope this helps a bit!!

I think the resume looks good as is.

Is the layout and design pleasing to the eye? Make at least one suggestion for improving it.
The layout is fine but I would emphasize your heading little more like underlining the work experience etc.

No objective given

The length is fine.

Not all of them. You have really great experience so i would use words like "operated" instead of "used" for when you operated equipment.
