The article claims that JetBlues's problems came in two major areas; a communication breakdown and a training issue. The communication breakdown halted the service of flights as pilots and flight attendants were out of place and unable to be of any help to the airline. This was caused by the section of the company that l"ocates pilots and flight attendants and directs them to their next flight assignment is far too small for an airline JetBlue’s size", says JetBlue CEO David Neelemen. Secondly, the people who were in place were undertrained to face the rush faced by the airline after canceling over 1,000 flights.

True, but...

This article is correct. It's a good article in the fact that it agrees with the other articles that we've read about the situation and I think it is important to get as much information as possible on the topic. The problem that I see with the article you selected is that it doesn't really give that much new information about the situation. It pretty much says what we already had to learn, therefore I don't see how this article is going to help us out all that much when it comes to finding a solution to the problem. I think it would have been better to find an article that contains new information opposed to repeating old info.

Good Article

Even though your article restates the information that was read in a previous articles, I believe this article will be of some help for the corporate communication project. What this article proves is that the facts are correct from the previous article and it gives you the same problem stated in some one else's words. For me it can be a big help to hear the same information presented more than one time. Each time that I hear or read something, I can pick out more and more details to gain a better understanding. I think you are on the right track with this article and I would continue on to find one more article similar to this one.
